LP-1700-2200 log periodic antenna systems provides passive antennas in compact, versatile form factors that provide extreme wideband performance for surveillance application, signal intelligence SIGINT application, communication Intelligence COMINT application, electronics intelligence ELINT application and electronic warfare EW applications. The LP-1700-2200 military grade log periodic dipole antenna is high gain LP array that provides strong performance over the entire operating frequency of 1700-2200MHz as the log periodic antenna does not use loading technique to reduce the overall size of array.

The high-performance high gain log periodic dipole antenna is supplied complete in assembled condition. The LP-1700-2200 assembled high gain log periodic antennas outer-most dimensions are 450mm long (radome) and 250mm wide. The compact size of the log periodic antenna allows easy handling and specially designed mounting arrangement results in fast installation. The log periodic antenna operates at D.C. ground with low resistance discharge path for protection against lightning and for immunity to noise. Output of log periodic antenna is provided via low loss coaxial cable whose N-Female termination is fixed at the back end of the antenna mounting plate All the screws, nuts and bolts of log periodic dipole antenna are made of stainless steel.

All elements of high gain LP-1700-2200 high performance log periodic antenna are fully welded to its support boom to prevent RF inter-modulation and antenna is completely protected within a high-tech ruggedized radome which is made of fiberglass to ensure survivability in the worst environments conditions The heavy duty fiberglass enclosure has excellent transparency for RF signals and enough strength to withstand more than specified wind loads. Tapered enclosure is used for low wind loading and for minimal effect of ice formation on the log periodic antenna operation as well as providing an aesthetically pleasing appearance. The antenna is supplied with olive green color finish. Other customized housing/radome color can also be supplied on request.

The high gain high power military grade LP-1700-2200 log periodic dipole antenna use 6063T6 ultra corrosion resistant architectural anodized aluminum alloy and designed to provide wideband directional transmission/reception of radio signals from 1700-2200 MHz bands. All the screws, nuts and bolts of tactical log periodic dipole antenna are made of type 316 marine grade stainless steel which allow end user several years of maintenance free life. The extra spacers are used between the support booms to improve mechanical durability of LP-1700-2200 tactical log periodic antenna. The specially designed mounting arrangement results in fast installation. LP-1700-2200 log periodic dipole antenna systems is particular suitable for transmission, reception, monitoring, scanning and jamming applications due to its broad band design feature, small size and high power handling capacity.
